A shirt touches the skin all day and frames the face in every photograph. It deserves the same pattern-making as the jacket that goes over it.
Shirts
A custom made shirt from Ron & Rich starts the way a suit does: a pattern drawn to your neck, shoulders, chest and sleeve length, with the collar shaped to your face and the cuff sized to your watch. Once the pattern is right, it is archived, and every shirt after that is a matter of cloth and detail.
We cut in two-fold cottons and linens from Italian and Swiss mills: poplin and twill for the office, oxford and brushed cotton for the weekend, linen and one-piece collars for the heat. Collars, cuffs, plackets and pleats are all yours to choose.

Spread, semi-spread, button-down, club or one-piece. Height and point length are set to your neck and jaw.
Barrel, double or cocktail, sized so the shirt shows a clean quarter inch below the jacket sleeve.
Two-fold poplins, twills, oxfords and linens, from crisp business white to washed weekend blues.
Single-needle seams, mother-of-pearl buttons, a split yoke for a cleaner shoulder and an optional monogram.

Made to measure adjusts a standard shirt block to your measurements. Our bespoke shirts start from a pattern drafted for you, with a first shirt made and fitted before the pattern is finalised. After that, repeat shirts need no fitting.
One to confirm the pattern, then as many as you like. Most clients order three to six once the fit is settled: white and light blue poplins for work, an oxford or linen for the weekend.
Yes. Linen, cotton-linen blends and lightweight poplins in open weaves, with a one-piece collar that sits well without a tie.
