The full policy is set out below. Please also read our Terms and Conditions.
Ron & Rich Bespoke Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202501597G), trading as Ron & Rich (“Ron & Rich”, “we”, “us” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”).
It applies to personal data we receive through this website, at our atelier, through WhatsApp, telephone, email and social media, and at events. “Personal data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data together with other information we hold.
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect the following:
| Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Contact details | Your name, mobile number, email address and, where we deliver to you, your address. |
| Appointment details | The occasion you are dressing for, the date you need your garments, your preferred appointment time and any notes you send us. |
| Measurements and fit records | Body measurements, posture and figure notes, your pattern, fitting notes and photographs taken at fittings to record the fit. |
| Order and payment records | The garments and cloth you choose, prices, deposits, invoices and payment records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not keep your full card number. |
| Communications | Messages, enquiries and feedback you send us, and our replies. |
| Website data | Technical information such as your device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived, collected through your browser, Google Analytics and the services described in “Cookies and similar technologies”. |
| Images | Photographs or video in which you appear, only where you have agreed to them being taken for publication. |
We do not ask for your NRIC, passport or other national identification number, and we ask you not to send it to us.
We use personal data for the following purposes:
We collect, use and disclose your personal data with your consent, or where the PDPA otherwise permits. When you give us your details for a purpose, such as booking an appointment, you are taken to consent to our use of them for that purpose.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will act on your request within a reasonable time and tell you of the likely consequences. For example, if you withdraw consent for us to hold your measurements, we will not be able to make garments for you from your existing pattern. Withdrawing consent does not affect our right to keep and use personal data where the law permits or requires it.
We will only send you marketing messages, by email, WhatsApp, SMS or telephone, if you have agreed to receive them. You may stop them at any time by replying “STOP”, by using the unsubscribe link in an email, or by contacting us.
We comply with the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA and with the Spam Control Act 2007. We will not send marketing messages to a Singapore telephone number listed on the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent, recorded in writing or in another form we can refer to later.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only as needed for the purposes above, with:
This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of this website, such as the booking calendar and map, may not work fully if you do.
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Singapore, for example in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take appropriate steps, as required by the PDPA, to make sure the recipient protects it to a standard comparable to the protection under the PDPA, for example through contractual commitments.
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal and similar risks. Paper records such as patterns and fitting notes are kept at our atelier with access limited to our team. Electronic records are kept in password-protected systems with access limited to those who need it.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure. If you believe your personal data has been put at risk, please contact us immediately.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Because your pattern and measurements are the starting point for future commissions, we keep them while you remain our client, unless you ask us to delete them. We keep financial and transaction records for at least five years, as required by Singapore tax law.
When personal data is no longer needed, we securely destroy it or remove the means by which it can be linked to you.
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and for information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year. You may also ask us to correct any error or omission in your personal data.
Please send your request in writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you within that period when we will be able to respond. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and will tell you the fee before we process it. In some cases the PDPA allows or requires us to refuse a request, and if so we will explain why.
Please keep your personal data with us accurate and up to date by telling us of any change, such as a new mobile number or email address.
If a data breach occurs, we will assess it promptly. Where the breach is likely to cause significant harm or is of a significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and, where required, the individuals affected, in accordance with the PDPA.
We make garments for young clients, for example for school formals and family weddings. Where a client is under 18, we ask a parent or guardian to arrange the commission and to give consent for the collection and use of the young person’s personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Where a change significantly affects how we use your personal data, we will tell you before it takes effect.
